2020 Seymour Arts & Crafts Festival
Nonprofit Booth Application & Agreement

Thank you for your interest in the 3rd Annual Seymour Arts & Crafts Festival. The Friends of Seymour Library host this event with the following objectives:

• Serve as an effective fundraiser for branch expansion
• Raise awareness of the Seymour Branch Library
• Showcase area artists and crafts persons
• Provide an outlet for local K-12 student artists
• Drive customers to Seymour businesses
• Create awareness of fellow nonprofit organizations in Seymour

The festival is scheduled for Saturday April 18th, 2020 from 9 am until 4 pm. The location of the festival is the Seymour Boys & Girls Club located at 212 N. Pinter Rd., Seymour, TN 37865.

Participation of nonprofit organizations who provide services in the community is welcomed. Nonprofit participation is subject to application review and approval. Applications can be submitted at SeymourLibraryFriends.org. Preference will be given to groups who have utilized the Meeting Room at the Seymour Branch Library and/or those who provide charitable services, educational programs, personal development, civic engagement, or other activities deemed to be a public service in our area.

Each approved nonprofit (Exhibitor) will be assigned a booth space approximately 6x6 feet. Fundraising and furtherance of the Exhibitors normal nonprofit activities are permitted. The booth registration fee will be waived for approved nonprofits. Exhibitors are responsible for securing their displayed items and for providing their own display tables, awnings, and other necessary items. No electricity or other amenities are being provided. The Sevier County Public Library System and the Friends of Seymour Library are not responsible for any damage or loss occurring during the event to personal property or persons. Exhibitors assume all of the risks of any and all activities associated with their participation in this event.

Exhibitors understand that the festival is in a public area, and as such, agree to have images of themselves, their booths, and their display items taken. These images may be used by SCPLS Employees and the Friends of Seymour Library for documentation, advertisement, and promotion of this and future events.

I have read and agree to the attached SCPLS Public Area Displays, Exhibits, Bulletin Boards, and Literature Policy which is a part of this agreement. Exhibitors understand that the festival is in a public area, and as such, agree to have images of themselves, their booths, and their display items taken. These images may be used by SCPLS Employees and the Friends of Seymour Library for documentation, advertisement, and promotion of this and future events.
